Too Many Oaks Market Garden evolved from my desire to have a working farm, I bought the farm in 1993 and for the most part lived there being a gentleman farmer until I met and married Phyllis. We then move into Lexington and I raised pasture chicken. Finding the logistics of pasture raised chicken to be more complicated than I wanted I started looking into a Market Garden and modeled Too Many Oaks after a farm in Canada.
